We have created an app for Fitbit devices that will help you get on the way with exercise. The app is simple, but so are your goals.
This app, Run Walk, will help you time your exercise in a smooth way, keeping your limitations in mind.
The app keeps track of:
- Your warmup time. This is a timespan in which you simply walk, tip cows, flatten trees or whatever you are convenient with when getting out in the public in your never worn sports outfit.
- The number of repeats for the below:
- Run in a slow pace (set minutes)
- Run in a fast pace (set minutes)
- Cool down (just walk easy, set minutes)
