HELP! I am getting ripped off!

The app says I need to go through the purchase process again while I already paid for it????


You can easily unlock your already purchased app by surfing to and enter the code shown on your watch there, plus the email address you used for the first purchase. You will not have to pay again and your app will be unlocked.

Or start the purchase procedure on and click "Already purchased". You then do the same as described above.

This is caused by a lack of user identification on your device. Not your fault, or ours. A future update of your device firmware will fix this issue and you will no longer have to go through the payment procedure again after having an app or clockface uninstalled. Be patient and enjoy our apps and clockfaces.
