This app manages your walk-run-walk workout by giving haptic (vibration feedback) signals on the moments you need to adjust pace and cool down.
On the settings screen on your phone you can configure colors, number of iterations of the workout, warmup/cooldown/run fast/run times.
On start it will countdown from the entire length of the workout. The entire length is calculated by adding warmup time (once) and workout time including in between cooldowns multiplied by the number of iterations.
Heartrate display in the large time widget. Number of steps and approximate distance achieved in the run are shown.
An icon in the workout widget reflects the current activity, warmup/cooldown, run and run fast.
