Your Fitbit phone app, in the section of your tracker, has an option Apps and Clocks which you can tap. Tap and browse the different categories and if you find something you like just install it. All apps will work directly from the download. After a couple of days our apps will prompt you for a license purchase, see payments. However, there are many free apps available too.
When you install a clock face, it will replace the one you have on your tracker. Apps however are stored on your watch (until it is full, then you have to remove a not used one. No worry, you will not lose your license for purchased apps and clock faces).
Error message when installing a clockface
After installing a new clockface an error message can be visible on your device stating something like "Clockface error - go to the gallery to pick a new one". IGNORE this message as it is only there for about 10-20 seconds and is a result of a flaw in the firmware. The clockface will be loaded anyway.
The software on your phone and on your device is still being improved. Things might work different in later versions. We will try to keep up with that in this document.
