You should open this settings screen directly after install. You can set your workout preferences, display style and colors. Simply tap on the options (lower left of each one) to open a settings dialog. If there are more options then fit on the screen, scroll by swiping up or down.
Each change you make is immediately reflected on the screen of your device (colors and total workout time). If this does not occur, close the app and reopen the app again.
Minutes first warming up
Set the number of minutes required for the initial warming up. Warming up can be anything, like just walking or stretch exercises, that is up to you. During warmup a walk icon is shown in the workout widget. Minimum value is 0.5 minutes.
Number of repeats
How many cycles consisting of the below specified workout will you run. Minimum value is 1.
Minutes medium intensity run
Number of minutes for this stage of the workout. Any value between zero and infinite. During this phase a running person icon is displayed.
Minutes high intensity run
Number of minutes for this stage of the workout. Any value between zero and infinite. During this phase a fast running person icon is displayed.
One of these stages must contain a value greater then 0.
Minutes cooling down
Time to cool down after each combination of medium and high intensity.
Screen always on
Keeps the display of your device on. Not recommended for long workouts because it will drain the battery of your device.
